The Body is Gone…But The Head Lives On!
This week at The B-Movie Clubhouse I thought we would go back to our B-Movie roots and talk about a cool German film called The Head from 1959.
A scientist invents a serum that keeps a dog’s head alive after its body dies. When the scientist dies of a heart attack, his crazed assistant cuts off his head and, using the serum, keeps the doctor’s head alive and forces it to help him on an experiment to give his hunchbacked nurse assistant a new body.

Destruction to all he touched or looked upon!
This week at The B-Movie Clubhouse since I’ve been reading Greg Mank’s book “Bela Lugosi and Boris Karloff a Haunting Collaboration” it made me want to do one of their films. So I picked “The Invisible Ray” from 1936.
A scientist becomes murderous after discovering, and being exposed to the radiation of, a powerful new element called Radium X.

You better not cry!
This week at The B-Movie Clubhouse the gang will continue our 2 week Christmas Show. This week is my pick Sint from 2010. Sint is a 2010 Dutch dark comedy horror film about Sinterklaas, a character comparable to Santa Claus in English-speaking countries. The film was directed by Dick Maas and marked his return to the horror genre, in which he gained acclaim with his debut De Lift (1983) and Amsterdamned (1988).
The story distorts the popular traditions of Sinterklaas and portrays him as a ghost who murders large numbers of people when his annual celebration night coincides with a full moon.
